What size should I buy?

Chat with us anytime! Our Customer Service team are professionally trained to assess your bra concerns, find you the right size through a complimentary, personalized over-the-phone bra fitting and help point you to the perfect styles for your body and your life.

Is gift wrapping available?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services, although you may designate your purchase as a gift during checkout. Please be aware that the order confirmation email does contain pricing information for both gift orders and non-gift orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please note, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it or cancel it. Please make sure to review your order carefully.

What happens once I place an order?

After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, contact Customer Service at customercare@lingerieliving.com for investigation in this matter. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include your tracking number. If there is any shipping delay, our Customer Service team will notify you by email.

If you are having trouble placing an order due to credit card failure, contact Customer Service at customercare@lingerieliving.com, so we can further investigate in this matter. We will respond back within 24 hours of operation. You can also contact your bank for credit card validation. 

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to track your order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Any orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 12 PM EST are shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited orders received after 12 PM EST are shipped the following business day.

In the event of a holiday or event, shipping times may vary and a notice will be provided at the top of the site.

Please note, USPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped by USPS can take 3–10 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. We offer the following shipping options:

    Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico - Up to 15 business days

Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 shipped via USPS within the Contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & APO/FPO destinations).

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship internationally.

What is the return policy?
  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the original order date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and labels attached. A recycled mailer envelope is highly recommended, or you can use the original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Any merchandise noted as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
  • Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original order date are ineligible for returns and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations.

To ensure you receive a full refund, please complete the following:

  • Keep all tags and labels attached to the garments.
  • Try on panties over clean underwear. We can only give you a full refund if the panties are in immaculate condition.
  • Prevent damage by removing your jewelry before trying on. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics.
  • Prevent perfume, smoke or deodorant from getting on the garments; even the smallest amount can discolor a bra or pair of panties which will disqualify them for return.

Please note Lingerie Living uses USPS as its carrier for returns, which means that it can take up to two weeks for your item(s) to reach our warehouse. You will be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt that your return has been received and processed.

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be posted to your account.

If you have any questions about your order or the return process, please e-mail our Customer Service team at customercare@lingerieliving.com. We reserve the right to impose 10% handling charge for returned merchandise.

How do I return or exchange something?

As a small business, we do not offer exchanges, however, we're very happy to take qualifying product back. To initiate a return visit go here and please allow up to 15 days from shipment for return processing. If you need us to honor the price on your previous order, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance at customercare@lingerieliving.com.
