At Lingerie Living, we're always watching what Natori Intimates is doing because they're one of the most innovative brands in intimate apparel, plus their commitment to the best fit and the most comfortable bra styles and underwear is unwavering.

Innovative T-Shirt Bras

Natori Intimates is always pushing boundaries in their pursuits. In 2009 they invented the Natori Feathers Bra which was a new silhouette in the market. Finally the customer could have the natural lift and swell of a pushup bra without all the extra padding and bulk. Natori Feathers is sexy and pretty but can also be worn as a t-shirt bra for a no-show look. The Natori Feathers Bra is loved by celebrities and influencers and is regularly a top-recommended style at retailers like Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. Since then, Natori Intimates continues to deliver the most comfortable bras and panties that provide unmatched value in beautiful silhouettes and colors.

The Most Comfortable Bra?

We're excited because Natori Intimates is launching their newest full coverage t-shirt bra, the Cloud Comfort. This bra has so many features and benefits that it's hard to believe we're talking about just one bra, and did we mention how comfortable it is?

  • Size range: 30-36 C-H, 38-40 B-DDD
  • Full fit sweetheart stretch foam cups are light as air while providing complete coverage.
  • The cups sit higher at the underarm to provide smoothing and containment. This is great for a little extra side support.
  • The band is all about comfort, support and smoothing by using a 2-ply ultralight interlocking fabric.
  • The band is built up a little higher to provide more smoothing which makes it a great bra for any form-fitting garments.
  • Cost: $69

The Cloud Comfort Bra - Our Review

Natori Intimates selected Lingerie Living in 2019 to be their only approved seller on marketplaces because of our commitment to following their brand guidelines. Because of our strong relationship with Natori Intimates, I was given a full coverage Cloud Comfort bra to try before the bra hits stores.

Full Coverage in 36G

I received a 36G in nude and am always looking to upgrade the most comfortable bra in my collection. I started by wearing it as is without washing. I would always recommend washing any garment before you wear it because I've been to many warehouses over the years and it's just good to wash before you wear — especially if you have sensitive skin. But, I wanted to experience the bra in its first state. Whenever wear testing a product it's critical to wear the product all day. Just trying something on isn't going to tell you anything about how it wears over a longer period of time.

A Supportive Bra For Large Breasts

The first thing I noticed was how incredibly light the bra felt. I like a lot of support so I was surprised to have so much support from a bra that felt like air. The bra definitely lives up to its name, Cloud Comfort. I also liked that the straps were wider than a typical Natori Intimates bra. While the band does most of the work, I do think that the more breast volume you have, the more you'll want a slightly wider strap for support and comfort. I LOVED the band. It was so comfortable and the wider back gave me a nice amount of smoothing without feeling like I was being sucked in. Lastly, Natori Intimates is not known for being a full coverage brand even though they have some great full coverage styles (the Statement Lace Bra is one of my favorite overall bras) and it's a real shame because when Natori Intimates does full coverage, they do it for the girlies who don't like a lot of coverage but want support. The Cloud Comfort T-Shirt bra is going to make sure you're supported without feeling like you're wearing a lot of bra. If you've been looking for the most comfortable bra, then you should definitely try the Cloud Comfort.

Post-Wash Fit

The next day I wore the bra again after I'd washed it. I always wash my bras and panties in a garment bag on the delicate setting and while I know this is controversial, I also dry my bras in a garment bag in the dryer. Many people recommend hanging bras to dry, but frankly I don't have the time and I've been drying my bras this way for decades and it's never been an issue. But, drying in a garment bag is key so the bra doesn't get beat up.

Wear post-wash was actually better than pre-wash. It was like the bra felt more settled to my body.

Feedback on Fit

My only feedback, which I gave to the Natori Intimates Design team, is that the band was a little big. Typically I would start on the outermost hooks for a new bra because a bra stretches over time. Day 1 I started on the outermost hooks and found I needed a little more support so post-wash I moved to the middle hooks. This isn't a dealbreaker for me and I would just recommend sizing down by one band size. If you're normally a size 36 band, you might consider a 34 size band. If you decide to size down in the band, then you should size up in the cup (learn more about sister sizing here).
